I grew up in Scarborough, Ontario, with strong ties to the Durham Region.  I joined Nolan Persaud in 2023 and could not be more thrilled to work with excellent lawyers and support staff who genuinely care about every client who walks through the door.  My primary practice areas are wills, estates, real estate, and family law.

Before attending law school, I worked at a local rehabilitation hospital specializing in geriatrics.  My experience dealing with patients with cognitive impairments and other health ailments has given me a unique understanding of how to communicate with older clients about their legal matters – especially regarding complex wills and estate issues.

Upon completing my legal studies, I moved out west, where I articled at a mid-sized firm in Saskatchewan.  I joined the Law Society of Saskatchewan in 2015 and the Law Society of Ontario in 2016.  In addition to my legal practice, between 2015 and 2018, I worked for Thomson Reuters as a legal writer and editor for the Canadian Encyclopedic Digest, Canada’s most prominent legal encyclopedia.  This experience provided me with superior training in legal writing and research.

My favourite part of being a lawyer is knowing that I have put in hard work on a file and have made a difference in someone’s life.   I genuinely care about every client who walks into my office, no matter how big or small their case may be.

When I am not at the office, you can find me lifting weights, hiking on one of Uxbridge’s beautiful trails, drinking craft beer at the local pub or watching the Toronto Raptors.
